It was bedtime on Sunday night. Liam, Daniel, Evan, Tutu, Papou, and I were all sitting (or standing) around in Evan and Liam's bedroom. Liam, who was sitting on the carpet, stood up to walk across the room. Right away, he lost his footing...his feet flew up into the air and he literally landed on his mouth. Screaming, crying, blood and gnashing of teeth (that was me) ensued and finally the next morning the traumatic event ended with Liam having his right, front tooth pulled by his dentist (our wonderful friend Dr. Kwon, thank the Lord for him!!!).
It is amazing how quickly his mouth and busted lip have healed- thanks be to God.

The right front tooth was hit when Liam landed landed on the floor and jammed way up into his gums. Dr. Kwon said he will have to monitor the 2 teeth around the one that was pulled to make sure they are ok.
5 days later, Liam's mouth and lip have healed almost completely
new smile!
Liam put his tooth under his pillow in the cool, glow in the dark tooth holder he got from the dentist. The next morning...the tooth was still there under his pillow! SIGH...Daniel and I forgot to leave a gift from the tooth fairy. So after awarding ourselves "Parent of the Year", the following night the tooth fairy DID come and left 4 shiny quarters with race cars on them.
